Complaints & Content Removal Policy — adultluxe.vip
Version 2026-09-22-draft · Effective date: [to be set at launch]
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything on adultluxe.vip (the "Site"): posts, photos, videos, live content, profiles, comments, and private messages. You can use it to report:
- content that may be illegal;
- content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or the standards of our payment partners;
- content that shows you, or someone you are authorized to act for, without consent;
- any behavior on the Site that puts someone at risk.
Copyright complaints follow the DMCA Policy instead. Reports involving anyone who may be under 18 follow the Child Safety Policy, and this policy's timelines do not slow those down.
2. How to report
Use whichever is easiest:
- On the Site: use the Report link on any post or message.
- By email: [email protected].
- Through our payment processor: CCBill's complaint form at https://www.ccbillcomplaintform.com/ccbill/form/CCBillContentRemovalRequest1/formperma/sBK2jfIoZWAFw2hRRt5Rv2PQncscFzpvOH6bPcwopas. Reports made there reach us too.
Tell us:
- where the content is (a link, or the creator's handle and a description);
- what is wrong with it;
- whether you appear in it;
- how we can contact you.
You can report anonymously. If you do, we may not be able to tell you the outcome or ask follow-up questions.
We keep your identity confidential. We do not share who reported content with the creator unless the law requires it.
3. What happens after you report
- We confirm receipt within one business day if you gave us a way to contact you.
- We may hide the content immediately. Reports of illegal content, content involving a possible minor, or content someone says was published without their consent are hidden from the Site while we review.
- A person reviews the report against the law, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our payment partners' standards. We may ask the creator for their records — for example, the consent and age records they must keep for everyone shown in the content.
- We decide within five business days of receiving the report. Complex cases can take the full five days; most take less.
- We tell you and the creator the outcome and the reasons, unless the law or a safety concern prevents it. We never notify a creator about a report involving a possible minor before the authorities are involved.
4. Possible outcomes
After a review, one or more of these can happen:
- no action — the content stays up;
- the content is edited or restricted at the creator's request;
- the content is removed;
- the creator receives a warning;
- the creator's account is suspended or closed;
- the content is preserved as evidence and reported to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, where the law requires it;
- the creator's payouts are held while an investigation is open.
5. If you appear in content
You can ask us to remove any content you appear in if you did not consent to it, or if your consent is not valid — for example because it was obtained by fraud, threats, or pressure, because you were under 18, or because you have withdrawn it where the law allows.
How to ask: email [email protected] with:
- enough information for us to find the content;
- a statement that you appear in it and did not consent to it being published, or that your consent is not valid;
- your name and contact information, and a typed signature.
You do not have to prove who you are up front. We may ask for a reasonable way to confirm you are the person in the content, and we keep anything you send us confidential.
What we do: we hide the content as soon as we have your request. We ask the creator for their consent records. If there is no valid consent, the content is removed permanently, and we make a reasonable effort to find and remove copies of it on the Site.
Intimate content published without consent: if the content shows you nude or engaged in sexual activity and was published without your consent, we remove it within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and we remove identical copies we can identify. A valid request contains the four items listed above. This is the process required by federal law, and it applies even if the creator objects.
6. Appeals
If you reported content and we took no action, you can appeal within 14 days by replying to our decision. We review the report again, set the earlier decision aside, and answer within five business days.
If your content was removed, you can appeal within 14 days through the studio or by email to [email protected], with any records that support your appeal. The content stays down while the appeal is open. We answer within five business days.
Disagreements about consent. If a person who appears in content and we disagree about whether they consented, or whether that consent is valid, either of us can ask for the disagreement to be decided by an independent, neutral third party. We pay the cost of that review, and we follow its decision. Nothing in our Terms of Service or any other policy limits this right.
7. Child safety
Any report that content may involve a person under 18 is handled under the Child Safety Policy: the content is removed immediately, preserved as evidence, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement. There is no appeal process for these reports, and we do not notify the uploader.
8. Misuse of this policy
Reports made in bad faith — to harass a creator, to remove content you know is lawful and consensual, or to flood us with duplicate reports — can lead to action against your account. Sending a knowingly false request about copyright or non-consensual content can also expose you to legal liability.
9. Records
We keep records of reports, decisions, appeals, and the reasons for them for as long as the law and our payment partners require, and we make them available to our payment partners and to law enforcement when required.
